Meet our Instructors

Lauren Hill

Lauren Neal has been in the fitness industry for just over 7 years. Starting with the fitness team at Wilfrid Laurier University, she’s come to help with fitness programming at McMaster University, The Cricket Club, and most recently the Adelaide Club.

An enthusiastic cyclist and runner, she brings her road experience onto the bike inside. Be sure to expect a solid beat with her music as she pushes you outside your comfort zone.

She is incredibly excited to be part of the Bikes for Tykes team, joining for the first time this year.
