Amy Goldberg has been in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years and has lead cycle classes since 1995. She held a 5 year term on the Board of Directors with the Ontario Association of Sports and Exercise Sciences; a 6 year term on the Advisory Committee for the Ontario Fitness Council. She piloted the first “Joints In Motion” marathon training program in Ontario for the Arthritis Society, which now raises millions for research.
Amy is an avid health & fitness enthusiast, with a passion for encouraging others to lead healthful active lives. She has competed in 15 marathons (including 2 Boston’s), is a competitive mountain and road bike rider, and enjoys alpine racing.
She is both thrilled and appreciative to be a part of Bike for Tykes team, working towards helping to make a positive difference in the lives of children.
