  • Diagnosis: ALL

What I want people to know about me: I love playing outside with my sister, Kendal. I love Star Wars and enjoy watching all the movies. My training wheels are off my bike and I hope to master riding it soon!  I was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia shortly after my second birthday and finish treatment May..the fitting! The battle was hard but I needed to be brave and find courage. I found it in my heart and from Kendal.

My favourite day so far:  Going to the Stamps game and hockey games I got to go to .

If you could have one superpower strength, what would it be? Laser eyes

When I grow up I want to be:  A scientist and study volcanos or dinosaurs

If I had three wishes they would be…

To be a Super Hero to help every child with cancer

To have a thousand chocolate cake

To go visit a volcano

My message to other kids on treatment:  It’s ok to be afraid, but remember to always be brave.

Our Featured Ambassador

This is Josh Nelson – a childhood cancer survivor. He knows about facing all the challenges of childhood cancer:

“I know first-hand how it feels to be a prisoner in the hospital and endure the surgeries and the endless needles and treatments. I know how it feels to lose my hair, throw up regularly and watch other kids around me earn their wings. I lost a part of my childhood that I will never get back. I know how it feels to look different and to be different. That’s something that I wouldn’t wish for any other kid to go through, and that is why I do what I do.”
