The worst thing about having cancer:  The worst thing about having cancer is the ʺsleep daysʺ (intrathecal chemotherapy days) because I am not allowed to eat or drink….I love to eat.

My favourite week so far:  My favorite week was going to Camp Kindle and playing games with the other kids who are like me.

If you could have one superpower strength, what would it be? To make whatever I want…like the Green Lantern.

When I grow up I want to be:  I want to be a wizard when I grow up because they can make magic and I would make cancer go away.

If I had three wishes they would be…

  1. To fly
  2. To walk on walls
  3. To be all, ALL better

My message to other kids on treatment:  I would tell them that the doctors and nurses are nice.

Our Featured Ambassador

This is Josh Nelson – a childhood cancer survivor. He knows about facing all the challenges of childhood cancer:

“I know first-hand how it feels to be a prisoner in the hospital and endure the surgeries and the endless needles and treatments. I know how it feels to lose my hair, throw up regularly and watch other kids around me earn their wings. I lost a part of my childhood that I will never get back. I know how it feels to look different and to be different. That’s something that I wouldn’t wish for any other kid to go through, and that is why I do what I do.”
