Born: May, 2007

  • Hometown: Calgary, Alberta
  • Year of Diagnosis: March, 2010
  • Diagnosis: Acute Myloid Leukemia

Some facts about my treatment:

AML is very aggressive and needs ongoing back to back chemo treatments. I was an inpatient at ACH for 6 months, discharged in September 2010, and currently in remission. I suffered some side effects from the chemo, isolation and heartache from being away from my dad and two brothers.

What I want people to know about me

I am as strong as Iron Man

My favourite day was

When I got to go home

The worst thing about having cancer

Leaving my dad and brothers Samuel and Alex

What do you want to be when you grow up?

A cop

My message to other kids undergoing treatment

Get lots of hugs and kisses!

If you could have one superpower strength, what would it be?

To punch cancer in the nose

If I had three wishes they would be…

Go to Disney world – and meet Iron Man – which I got to do

I’m involved with Coast to Coast because…

I’m not sick anymore
