What’s The Golden Spoke Club (GSC)?

Open to just 25 Coast to Coast Against Cancer supporters this exclusive club provides you the opportunity to participate in all our Signature Cycling events (except Sears National Kids Cancer Ride).

Investment: $1,500 and the commitment to raise $5,000 in 2017

As a Golden Spoke Club member you can participate in:

  • Hero Ride (June)
  • Tour for Kids Alberta (July)
  • Tour for Kids Atlantic (July)
  • Tour for Kids Ontario (August)
  • Tour d’Epicure (September)

Benefits: As a GSC member you will receive a variety benefits. If you have ever wanted to see exactly where your money goes, this will be your chance. You will join us for an exclusive behind the scenes tours of the Peter Gilgan Research and Learning Tower to see exactly how the research is done, you will visit one of our Camps and experience a camp day first hand. You will also have an incredible networking opportunity with your fellow members and be invited to special social engagements.  We will also want to hear from you! You will have your own blog spot to share your unique story and you will help us to continue to evolve through your input. And to round it all off, you will receive a beautiful kit and many more surprises throughout the year at your chosen events.

Registration Details and What’s Included:

  • Ride up to five signature Coast to Coast events from June to September across three provinces

FAQ

Is there an early-bird and late-bird price?

No, it’s $1,500 across the board.

Can I create a team to help me fundraise?

No, the GSC is an individual commitment but of course we encourage you to engage in group activities to help you raise the money!

Do I get to choose my events or do I have to do all five events?

Yes, go ahead and choose however many you want!

Do I have to choose all my events now?

For kit-ordering purposes and accommodation/meal logistics purposes we have to enforce a deadline date of March 31st for your event choices and clothing sizes. So you can choose just one or two now and then later adjust your choices once you have a better idea of your 2017 availability and choose more events, but before March 31st for sure.

What’s your Golden Spoke Club cancellation policy?

There are no refunds or cancellations after March 31st. Prior to March 31st we are able to refund your Registration fee

For those who want personalized Tour for Kids jerseys, we ask you cover the $100 cost of the jersey

What happens if I don’t meet my fundraising goal?

You will! You have 12 months to do it and with the right amount of time spent on the right messaging you’ll get there. But in the event of you NOT reaching the $5,000 we will ask you to make up the difference.
